For more than a decade, I have fought a relentless battle to obtain my own records from federal agencies. What I uncovered was not just delay, incompetence, or bureaucratic confusion — but systemic corruption, fraud, perjury, concealment, and retaliation inside the very institutions entrusted with transparency.

This website exists for one purpose:

To bring the truth into the light.

I have taken those pains for more than ten years. Now I am bringing the truth forward.

2. EPA Corruption

How the Environmental Protection Agency:

  • Litigation fraud was factually documented in December 2025, in this EPA FOIA Litigation Strategy, which, under oath in August 2025, the EPA stated, if EPA’s Litigation Strategy was exposed, it would cause foreseeable harm to the EPA, including past and future FOIA litigations
  • Knows the EPA controls the facts behind its Declarations, and Courts do not demand supporting evidence; therefore, could use intrinsic and Extrinsic fraud in FOIA litigation (i.e., EPA’s FOIA Litigation Strategy in its August 2025 Declaration that was factually documented in December 2025)
  • Created many FOIA processing concealment schemes, since the EPA could always use its “Fraud FOIA Litigation Strategy” if needed
  • Provided false declaration statements under oath relied on by the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals
  • Classified me as a “commercial requester” to block access and retaliate for discovering EPA’s perjury and fraud in December 2025
  • Demanded tens of thousands in illegal FOIA fees to conceal more facts of EPA’s misconduct, fraud, etc.
  • Will not even provide my rights to documents that I paid the EPA’s illegal fees for these Documents without a Court order
  • Engaged in quid‑pro‑quo behavior
  • Retaliated against lawful requests

3. FCC Corruption

How the Federal Communications Commission:

  • Created new regulations to hide wrongdoing, intrinsic fraud, and extrinsic fraud against me in FCC’s new 2017 regulation for FOIA appeal decisions
  • Illegally concealed the Heads of the FCC’s participation in its corruption as documented in the FOIA appeal decision FCC 18-156 ruling, “What is the Federal Communications Commission hiding?”,”Something here is rotten—and it’s time for the FCC to come clean.”, and “Regrettably, this agency will not do this on its own.” but the FCC and Heads of the FCC continued concealment of the FCC’s fraud and corruption without Court order.
  • FCC illegally withheld all FCC’s internal emails until 2019, when I began paying the FCC’s illegal search fee because the FCC stated the FCC did not have a centralized email system, and then created new concealment schemes, including demanding “Unlimited” FOIA fees
  • Cease providing interim production of emails containing my name when the FCC could no longer find any more emails without FCC’s corruption, i.e., FCC withheld over 95% of emails already located and reviewed in 2021 (affirmed on appeal in 2026)
  • Fully denied my FOIA requests for communications in processing prior to 2015 to 2019 FOIA requests because the FCC submitted declarations on those requests, and true facts will impeach declarations (affirmed on appeal in 2026)
  • Tampered with a witness in my prior litigation to conceal FCC’s intrinsic and extrinsic fraud
  • Refused to comply with mandatory law, regulations, policy, and procedures on my first-party FOIA appeals from 2015 to date
  • Manipulated FOIA processing and created concealment schemes to conceal FCC’s corruption
  • Illegally concealed almost all of the FCC internal communications regarding me
  • Engaged in quid‑pro‑quo behavior
  • Retaliated against my lawful requests
